Vehicles are auctioned "As-Is/Where-Is": Auctioned vehicles are sold without warranties or guarantees, meaning the buyer assumes responsibility for any necessary repairs. We strongly urge buyers to inspect vehicles personally, as information is for convenience only and doesn't guarantee roadworthiness or completeness, with potential hidden damage. Buyers are responsible for all details, including titles (salvage/clean) and potential recalls, and must understand they're purchasing a potentially non-running vehicle requiring significant repairs. All buyers agree that Twedell's vehicles are sold AS-IS and are not represented as being in a roadworthy condition, mechanically sound, or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicles may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs and expenses.
