Breaking down is a major inconvenience and having to pay out of pocket for your tow can cause extra stress that you don't need. If you have State Farm insurance with roadside assistance, we can bill your insurance directly. That means nothing out-of-pocket for you at the time of service.
Not sure if you have roadside assistance? Look for the letter "H" in the front lower left corner of your State Farm card. If it's there, you have roadside assistance.
Have roadside assistance through someone else? That's okay! You can still have us provide the service. You will have to pay out-of-pocket but we will give you an invoice that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement. (reimbursement amount depends on your providers coverage and may not cover the full amount)
