A wrecking yard, also known as a salvage yard or junk yard, is a specialized facility where wrecked or decommissioned vehicles are brought for processing. It serves as a central point for dismantling vehicles, selling usable parts, and preparing unusable metal for recycling. And Twedell's is one of the last wrecking yards in Jackson County.
